Lei Jun, founder of Xiaomi and chairman and CEO of Xiaomi Group, has released new images of the Redmi Note 11 smartphone, as well as pre-order details.
As we already reported, yesterday in China began accepting pre-orders for Redmi Note 11, promising to hand out a gift smartphone every minute. There were few such smartphones: only 720 units.
Redmi Note 11 is nicknamed Little King Kong, in the new image we are shown for the first time the device in a new green color.
Lu Weibing, the current president of Xiaomi Group China and CEO of Redmi, said the Note 11 series of smartphones will bring 6 major functional improvements and a redesigned design. He also used the words “Note Reborn” to describe the Redmi Note 11, implying that this is a very massive update to the series. Weibing added that the new Note 11 can be considered part of the flagship Redmi K40 series.
The smartphones will be available with 6/128, 8/128 and 8/256 GB of storage. The Redmi Note 11 Pro will feature colors like Mysterious Blackland, Shallow Dream Galaxy, Time Quiet Purple and Misty Forest. The Note 11 Pro + will offer all the same colors except for the Shallow Dream Galaxy. The Redmi Note 11 5G will have a 120Hz LCD screen, a 13MP selfie camera, a 50MP rear camera, a Dimensity 810 and a 5000mAh battery with 33W fast charging. The Note 11 Pro + 5G will offer a 120Hz OLED screen, 16MP front and 108MP main cameras, Dimensity 920 and 5000mAh battery with 67W fast charge.
The announcement will take place on October 28th.
