The issue of Cyprus must be a subject of discussion in the context of the process for Turkey’s accession to the European Union, said the High Representative of the EU for Foreign Policy and Security Policy, Kaya Kalas, in a multi-topic interview granted to the Turkish news agency Anadolu, part which is republished by the Cyprus News Agency (CYPE). Kalas will visit Turkey tomorrow Friday and meet with the Turkish Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan and the president of the Turkish National Assembly Numan Kurtulmus, as well as representatives of civil society and non-governmental organizations.
