The naturopath’s advice to reduce “little sun” stress

The change of time is almost upon us: winter time returns in the night between Saturday 30 and Sunday 31 October. Moving the hands of the clock back one hour, the good news is that you sleep more, with the great joy of those who tremble at the thought of being stolen precious time for rest. On the other hand, we enter in all respects the cold season, with many hours of darkness and a few hours of light. Hence the sense of emotional and physical fatigue and, in some subjects very sensitive to climate change, a real one Seasonal Blues, or seasonal depression.

To better face the change of season and remedy the negative effects of long afternoons of darkness, we asked for advice from Laura Quinti, naturopath and nutritionist from Terme di Saturnia Natural Destination Spa.
