Russia has included self-exiled Yulia Navalnaya, the widow of dissident Alexei Navalny who died in prison in February, on its list of “terrorists and extremists”, two days after issuing an arrest warrant for her. Navalnaya’s name is on that list maintained by Rosfinmonitoring, Russia’s financial intelligence agency, AFP found today. On Tuesday it became known that an arrest warrant had been issued for Navalnaya, who lives abroad, on the charge of “participation in an extremist group”. A Moscow court ordered the extension of her temporary detention in her absence. “What speed!
