Piacenza in its maximum expression, among the colors of a late summer landscape, enveloping and already almost autumnal scents, unmistakable flavors that will accompany you even at home. The cuisine of this area is rich and full-bodied: it is difficult to choose between the tortello “del Petrarca”, the pisarèi and fasò, the chisolini from the Val d’Arda or the fish from the Po … but you will still be satisfied with the selection proposed by the chefs of De Smart Kitchen Elena Minari e Paco Zanobini.

Finally, i pisarèi, typical dumplings of the area that embrace a savory and enveloping sauce.
