The sequel to Monument Valley 2 has been released – four new episodes dedicated to protecting the forest

Monument Valley is one of the most popular mobile puzzle games on iOS and Android. Released in 2014, the game has won numerous prestigious awards and has received accolades from smartphone users over the years. In 2017, the studio ustwo games released a sequel, which four years later received a sequel in the form of a new chapter.

The Lost Forest is a special chapter that was created to save trees as part of the Green Game Jam and the Playing for the Planet conservation initiative. The developers hope that four new episodes will inspire people to sign the Play4Forests petition, supporting everyone’s interest in preserving our planet’s forests.

Monument Valley 2 is the story of a mother and her child in a surreal world, where you have to solve puzzles and comprehend the secrets of “sacred geometry”. At first glance, it may seem strange that the developers decided to add additional content to the completed game four years later, but in practice such cases have already happened. Be that as it may, the desire to support the initiative to protect nature deserves respect. In 2019, studio ustwo games announced that it had started work on Monument Valley 3, but there is no release date or other details yet.
