The UN Security Council will discuss the Russian attack on the children’s hospital in Kiev

The UN Security Council will meet on Tuesday at the request of Britain, France, Ecuador, Slovenia and the US to discuss the Russian strike on a children’s hospital in Kiev, diplomatic sources said. “We will denounce Russia’s brazen and vicious attack on the hospital,” British spokeswoman Barbara Woodward said in a post on the X platform. Meanwhile, Ukraine’s attorney general Andriy Kostin said he had discussed the attack with of the International Criminal Court Karim Khan. “We are sending all the information and evidence about the attacks in Kiev and other Ukrainian cities to the ICC prosecutor’s office,” he said on public television. At least 36 people were killed across Ukraine today after Russian missile strikes partially destroyed the largest children’s hospital in the Ukrainian capital. Source: RES
