Much good news for fans of Emily in Paris! In recent days, different changes and modifications have been reported in the cast of the hit Netflix series.
Recurring guests from the first season, like William Abadie who played Antoine, will now be part of the cast Main, but the news that has caused the most stir is that Lucien Laviscount will be Emily’s new love interest.
The British actor will play Alfie, a sarcastic and charmingly cynical businessman who was raised in London and refuses to stop speaking English or get too involved in the culture of France’s great capital.
This means that during season two, Alfie will enjoy flirting and teasing Emily until their explosive relationship turns into something else. For her part, Abadie will continue to give life to Antoine Lambert, the owner of a luxurious fragrance company.
Jeremy O. Harris and Arnaud Binot will also be recurring guests in the new installment, while Bruno Gouery, Ashley Park, Lucas Bravo, Samuel Arnold, Camille Razat and Philippine Leroy will return in the main cast alongside Arnaud Viard and Kate Walsh.
Emily in Paris It was created and produced by Darren Star and the episodes of the second season are currently being recorded, so it is expected that Netflix will announce the long-awaited release date for the month of October or November of this year.
