TikTok delivery: viral recipes are on their way home

Soon it will be possible to do this too: from March 2022 the viral recipes of the Chinese platform will be able to be tasted with the delivery.

It will happen from the US, where TikTok has partnered with Virtual Dining Concepts, a company specializing in virtual restaurants: those that have only one dark kitchen, that is a kitchen operating exclusively for delivery, because they do not have a physical location with tables and chairs like that of traditional restaurants.

The restaurants

For this newly launched project are expected 300 TikTok Kitchen within the first 3 months of the year and then reach a thousand by the end. As Bloomberg wrote «It was only a matter of time before TikTok Inc. entered the restaurant business», Also because the model of virtual restaurants of the stars of the network in the US is already a consolidated phenomenon. Virtual Dining Concepts specializes in this: with them MrBeast Burger by Jimmy Donaldson (YouTube phenomenon, one of the most popular creators in the world) in three months he sold a million hamburgers and in a short time reached 1,500 points of sale in the United States, Canada and Great Britain.

The menus

Now everyone has high expectations on the menus: among the dishes that you can certainly taste the pasta queen (also) of the Google searches in the last year, namely the made pasta (in the US it is «TikTok pasta»), then hamburger and fries (for TikTok the most popular food in his videos), corn currant (i.e. corn ribs) cooked in the air fryer, and mac and cheese.
