The result is the result of investments in the amount of US$ 377.298 billion and withdrawals totaling US$ 388.695 billion. In foreign trade, the accumulated annual balance until August was positive at US$ 33.004 billion, with imports of US$ 156.541 billion and exports of US$ 189.545 billion. Exports include US$ 24.971 billion in Advance on Exchange Contracts (ACC), US$ 44.250 billion in Advance Payment (PA) and US$ 120.324 billion in other inflows.

After ending July with net inflows of US$ 1.834 billion, the country registered a positive foreign exchange flow of US$ 217 million in August, according to the Central Bank.
The financial channel showed net outflows of US$ 828 million in the period. This is the result of contributions amounting to US$ 47.692 billion and withdrawals totaling US$ 48.521 billion.
In foreign trade, the August balance was positive at US$ 1.045 billion, with imports of US$ 21.158 billion and exports of US$ 22.203 billion. Exports include US$ 2.414 billion in Advances on Exchange Contracts, US$ 5.490 billion in PA and US$ 14.299 billion in other inflows.

According to the BC, the foreign exchange flow registered last week (from August 29 to September 2) to Brazil was positive at US$ 1.647 billion.
The financial channel had a net outflow of US$ 1.646 billion in the week, as a result of investments in the amount of US$ 16.245 billion and remittances totaling US$ 17.891 billion.
In foreign trade, the balance last week was positive at US$ 3.294 billion, with imports of US$ 4.520 billion and exports of US$ 7.814 billion. Exports include US$ 762 million in ACC, US$ 2.029 billion in Advance Payment and US$ 5.023 billion in other inflows.
