A shocking tragedy occurred in the early morning hours of Tuesday (23/11) on a highway in Bulgaria, where at least 46 people lost their lives, among them 12 children, when one bus which transported citizens of Northern Macedonia took fire, while returning to Skopje after a visit to Istanbul.
THE Nikolai Nikolov, A Bulgarian Interior Ministry official said the tragedy, which took place at 02:00 (Greek time and time), on a section of a highway near the village of Bosnek, about 40km south of the capital Sofia, had resulted in death. 46 of the 53 passengers while seven “could be saved” by jumping from the burning bus.
