Tudum: Netflix world event discloses main streaming news; Look

Netflix released, this Saturday (24), more than 120 series, movies and realities in the second edition of the event “Tudum”, dedicated to fans of the platform.

The first edition of Tudum (the sound that appears when the Netflix logo appears on the screen) took place in 2020. The objective is to disclose the news of upcoming seasons, trailers and exclusive scenes of attractions such as “Bridgerton”, “The Witcher”, “Vikings ”, “The Umbrella Academy”, “Emily in Paris”, “Round 6”, “Enola Holmes 2”, “Wandinha”, “La Casa de Papel”, among others.

The online event was presented by the actors and actresses of the public’s favorite series, movies and reality – and Brazil was represented by Camila Queiroz and Sheron Menezzes as presenters.

Tudum was an event that was born in Brazil for the Brazilian fans of the platform. It took 50,000 people to the Pavilhão da Bienal do Ibirapuera, in 2020, and the following year it was announced as a global online festival.

Queen Charlotte

Emily in Paris

Emily’s third season in Paris promises new looks, love adventures and the character exploring and recording all points of Paris. In the preview, Emily still seems to live through romantic and professional dilemmas, dealing with her doubts with a great sense of humor.


Netflix has not yet released the premiere date for Bridgerton season 3, but fans were able to check out the Tudum event for an exclusive preview of Lady Whistledown for the new season, which according to the platform, “debuts soon”.

The Crown

The fifth season of the hit “The Crown” features Dominic West and Elizabeth Debicki playing Prince Chares and Princess Diana, premiering on November 9. Following the death of Queen Elizabeth, the first season of the award-winning series about the seven-decade reign of Elizabeth II entered Netflix’s Top 10. The series, which stars Claire Foy and Olivia Colman as Queen Elizabeth (young and old), has logged 17.6 million hours of viewing, according to the company. At the event, there was no release of a preview of the fifth season, only the banner.



“Created by Tim Burton, the quirky series Wandinha is coming soon to Netflix,” the company said. Starring Jenna Ortega, the series also features names such as Catherine Zeta-Jones, Luis Guzmán, Gwendoline Christie and Christina Ricci. The story is a mystery with supernatural touches that follows Wandinha’s trajectory as a student at the Nevermore Academy. At the Tudum event, the teaser was released, check it out:


Parts 1 to 4 of “Manifest” arrives on Netflix on November 4th. “It’s time to fasten your belt and prepare for landing,” said the platform at the event. Check out the trailer below:

Actors Jason Momoa and Marlow Barkley are in Dreamland, which premieres on Netflix on November 18 November. “You have to know the rules of the Dream World to be able to break them,” the streaming said. “Dreamland takes you to a magical place, a world where young Nemo and her eccentric sidekick Flip embark on a memorable adventure for a lifetime,” she adds.
