Twitter has restricted access to the account of the Russian vaccine against coronavirus Sputnik V

The Twitter account of the Russian coronavirus vaccine Sputnik V has been temporarily restricted as “unusual actions” were performed on its behalf. This is stated in the message from the company that appears when you try to log into your account.

“Attention! The action of this account is temporarily limited. You are seeing this warning because unusual actions were performed on behalf of this account,” – said in the vaccine account.

However, the page can be accessed by choosing “view profile”.

A spokesman for the Russian Direct Investment Fund (RDIF) said in a comment to TASS that Sputnik V’s account was “blocked.” “We are investigating the reasons for this,” said a fund representative.

According to a Russian propaganda agency, account holders have asked all of their followers to contact Twitter and ask them to regain access to the account.

The developers assure (without publication in reputable scientific publications) that “the vaccine has been tested more than” and its effect “will last a couple of years”, and that “Pfizer, Moderna and AstraZeneca are following our principle.” Meanwhile, they failed phase III trials (the main one, the positive results of which and the subsequent approval of regulators, including WHO, give the candidate the right to be called a vaccine), they failed: people from the placebo group began to be massively vaccinated with an already available drug. Thus, it is no longer possible to obtain final data on the effectiveness of the drug – at least in the Russian Federation.

The Ministry of Health of Ukraine is not currently considering the use of the Russian Sputnik V vaccine in terms of vaccination against coronavirus.
