An alarm has been sounded by a warning from Anton Herastshenko, an adviser to the Ukrainian Interior Minister, about a possible Russian attack on a nuclear power plant.
Herastenko told the Telegram that the Ukrainian National Guard had warned the government that about 20 Russian paratroopers had flown from the Mykolaiv area to the city of Voznesensk, where the Yuzhnukinsk nuclear power plant is located.

At the same time, Ukrainian media report that residents of the city of Enerkhodar, which is close to the Zaporizhia nuclear power plant, and workers of the power plant have taken to the streets to block any approach of Russian forces.
