Ukrainian ambassador in Athens: We take threats to use nuclear weapons seriously, but we are not afraid

“We are not afraid that Russia will use of nuclear weapons but we take it seriously. For this reason, we warn that all leaders, at some point in time, have condemned the use of such weapons of mass destruction, now they must focus their power and strength to work with Russia against these threats,” stressed the Ukrainian ambassador in Athens .

“The only option is to win on the battlefield”

“With its inception war Russia used the best prepared, trained, professional forces. Now it’s about some young, unqualified people going to the front line” he said referring to mobilization announced by the Russian president.

“The only option is to show our victory and win on the battlefield. Then President Putin and the Russian leaders can get some kind of common sense to start thinking normally,” he concluded.
