The surgeons removed one sphere from heart of a Ukrainian soldier while she was still beating, in an incredible operation which proved to be salvation. A joint team of Ukrainian and Belarusian doctors removed the entire bullet during surgery at Feofaniya Hospital in Kyiv.
Incredible shots from the operation show the soldier’s heart beating as doctors carefully remove the Russian bullet from his heart.
The soldier was later seen standing next to the doctors who saved his life. Although he needed medical bandages and chest support, he seemed in good spirits after his near-fatal clash with Russian weapons.
The soldier said he was willing to continue fighting
According to reports, after the operation he remained “willing to fight” against Vladimir Putin’s Russian army.
The astonishing achievement of doctors comes at a time when Russia “unleashed chemical weapons in MariupolWith Ukrainian troops claiming to have been hit by a substance that fell from an unmanned aircraft and left them unable to breathe while dizzy – as the mayor of the besieged city reveals that more than 10,000 civilians in the conflict have died so far.
The unknown substance is said to have fallen in the southern port city by a Russian drone, according to unconfirmed reports from the Azov Order of the city.
Details of the attack, via the Telegram messaging app, say a “poisonous substance of unknown origin” has led city defenders to suffer from symptoms such as respiratory problems, “respiratory failure” and “Vestibulo-atactic syndrome”.
