The company owned 2 maisonettes, which became its property in 2008. The most expensive of them has a total area of ​​435.07 sq.m. and consists of basement, ground floor, first floor and attic, while there is also a swimming pool outside. The basement has a total area of ​​142.56 sq.m., the ground floor is 101.37 sq.m. and the first floor has an area of ​​62.38 sq.m., while 30.86 sq.m. were closed and converted into semi-outdoor spaces, making the total area 93.24 sq.m. The complex of maisonettes was built with a building permit of 2008, while the year of construction completion is estimated to be 2014. According to the appraisal report, it is considered to be in a good state of maintenance, while the first offer price is set at 856,000 euros.

The second maisonette is unfinished

The second property to be auctioned and located in the same complex concerns an unfinished house, which is in the stage of concreting the basement and consequently no differences can be established in relation to the building permit. According to the existing data, the maisonette once completed will have a total area of ​​402.63 sq.m. and will include a basement, ground floor and first floor, while in the surrounding area there is provision for the creation of a swimming pool. It should be noted that the starting price for this property has been set at 491,000 euros.
