The Bullit Group, a rugged device maker that makes indestructible Cat, Kodak and Land Rover phones, has signed a long-term partnership with Motorola. The British company will develop and sell dust and water resistant Moto phones that are also shockproof.
This is a unique strategic alliance as it enables Bullitt to apply its expertise to the Motorola product line. Motorola invented the mobile phone and remains one of the most iconic brands in the world. Motorola’s trust in the rugged phone line is a testament to the exclusivity of the business we have built at Bullitt over the past 11 years.
Dave Floyd, co-founder of Bullitt

The Bullitt Group began operating in the rugged smartphone market back in 2009 and currently develops, manufactures and distributes Cat and Land Rover licensed smartphones in more than 50 markets worldwide.
Motorola has tried its hand at creating smartphones with shatterproof screens with the introduction of the Moto Z Force and Moto Z2 Force. More details on Moto’s first rugged phone will be revealed later this quarter.
