The Rabota.ru team, part of the Sberbank ecosystem, announced the launch of a useful feature for the service. Now a new section of the urgent job search has become available to users.

According to the developers of the service, at the moment you can find about 72 thousand vacancies in Russia from stable and reliable employers who are interested in the rapid expansion of the staff and assume quick hiring.
Most of these offers were published in the sectors of trade (56% of the total), HR and recruitment (12%), transport and logistics (9%), construction and real estate (6%), manufacturing and agro-industry (5%), and also IT (4%).
In March 2022, a study was conducted through Rabota.ru and found out how much time Russians are willing to spend searching for suitable vacancies. More than half of the respondents (51%) said they expect to find employment in the shortest possible time. 9% of respondents noted that they plan to find a suitable place within 1-2 weeks. Another 15% of the study participants can afford to delay the job search for a period of 2 weeks to 1 month, and a quarter of respondents (25%) plan to look for a new job for more than a month.
