During the month, the number of hires and the total number of terminations remained virtually unchanged at 5.3 million and 5.1 million, respectively. This release includes estimates of the number and rate of job openings, hirings, and terminations for the nonfarm sector as a whole, by industry, and by establishment size.
Dollar reaction
