- Provide a detailed explanation of which criteria of the relevant law (Article 219 of the Law on Immigration and Citizenship) are not met for the inclusion of Gray Wolves in the list of foreign terrorist organizations. This justification should be included in the report only if the Foreign Minister considers that the Gray Wolves do not meet the relevant criteria.
