Valentino Haute Couture Fragrances

Anatomy of Dreams It is the first collection of fragrances Valentino haute couture. It tells seven olfactory dreams, which are the Maison’s dreams interpreted by seven different perfumes. The collection is the protagonist of the beauty cover of the Vanity Fair issue on newsstands. Imagine entering a Roman palace, where every door hides a sensation, a memory, a possible journey. The rooms are nothing other than glass bottles that preserve a mix of colors, notes and dreams to be vaporized on the skin.

The emblematic olfactory accords of classic perfumery meet and clash with the Italian ones. This is how Dream in red which contrasts black pepper with the milk foam accord, Golden Night with an oud and almond accord, The innocence of the air embracing the rose with touches of green mandarin, Private Talk with tuberose (for the first time extracted with an innovative sustainable method that captures the tuberose fragrance molecule from the air, without carrying out any transformation) and cappuccino accord, Club Couture characterized by patchouli and a fig accord, Punk Romantic with vanilla and olive wood, and Behind The Seen where vetiver meets hazelnut.

Golden night it’s the perfume chosen for the cover beauty by Vanity Fair on newsstands. Created by nose Paul Guerlain, it represents a dream in the Baroque Banquet Hall. It is an extravagant fragrance that recalls the opulence of candlelit spaces and takes us back to a time when pleasure was an art form. The eccentric atmosphere is evoked by notes of oud like decorative wood paneling and a liqueur base of almond with golden reflections.

The partly recycled glass bottle is made to stand the test of time. The elaborate cap echoes the Maison Valentino’s distinctive emblem, the stud, a square and cruciform shape that pays homage to Rome and the rustication of Roman palaces.
