Vanity Fair Stories 2022, Geneva: «I tell myself through my songs»

After the success of the previous four editions, the Vanity Fair Storiesthe largest fully live event of Vanity Fair which for the first time is staged at Giorgio Gaber Opera House in Milan (via Larga 14).

This year’s theme The change is you, stories that change the world. Many characters alternate on the stage who are an active part of the change: actors and directors, comedians and singers, writers, dancers, key figures of culture.

Among these too Genevasinger born in Turin, reached the semifinals of Sanremo Giovani with the song Vortex, which was his springboard, and at the first question he began: «My record is called diamond like the first song I wrote. And then I like the comparison between the disc and a stone full of facets».

Geneva also underlined how much the Italian pop music scene is more populated by singer-songwriters, a change that has occurred since Levante and Carmen Consoli established themselves by changing the world of Italian music.
