In the Metro, the operation of the lines will be uninterrupted during the early hours of Saturday to Sunday. The São Bento and Anhangabaú stations will be open for boarding and disembarking, while all others will only be for disembarking.

With regard to intercity lines, those operating in the regions of Butantã and Heliópolis will have itinerary changes during the event. Therefore, from 10pm this Friday (17th) until the early hours of next Monday (20th), at least 15 lines will be affected. Are they:

  • Services 008, 063, 063EX1, 158, 160, 493 and 493DV1 will have a route deviation in the ABC direction.

For those who usually cycle, on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays, passengers can board the vehicle at the Metro and CPTM at any time. However, they must be of conventional size. Boarding only takes place in the last car, with a limit of four bicycles per trip.

Security

According to the São Paulo Public Security Secretariat (SSP-SP), the event will feature a strategy that includes technology tools to monitor social networks and prevent the practice of previously “arranged” crimes.

Therefore, a team from the Department of Homicide and Personal Protection (DHPP) was called in to monitor forums and open discussion groups to identify groups that may practice racial, religious, sexual intolerance, among others.

According to the director of the DHPP, Ivalda Aleixo, the 2nd Police Station for the Repression of Racial Crimes and Intolerance Offenses (Decradi) will also monitor the event to identify any intolerance action plans.

Furthermore, the City of São Paulo informed that during Saturday (18) and Sunday (19), all stages will have access control and inspection. The Civil Police must also reinforce on-duty police stations.

At the concert venues, the Military Police promises to reinforce policing in the surrounding area. Drones, cameras and other tools will be used during the party to facilitate agents' patrols.
