War in Ukraine: Russians are retreating in the North – “No” to new conscription from Moscow

The Ukrainian counterattack is a fact with the war in Ukraine to enter a new phase and according to international analysts, Kyiv recaptured in a short period of time proportionally more land than Russia since the invasion began.

In particular, the Ukrainians report that they have recaptured over 6,000 square kilometers to the north, in the lands that were towards Kharkiv. In fact, this is a special focal point, as the Kharkiv airport supplied the Ukrainian army with munitions, while the Russian munitions sent to the South pass through the northern territories.

According to the publication, a Ukrainian counterattack in the South was impossible, something that both Kyiv and Moscow knew. Thus, the Ukrainian army decided to attack literally at the last moment before the weather turned bad, but not in the South where there are battles, but in the North, where the supply lines of the Russian army are located and where the situation had calmed down due to Ukrainian pressure.

In this way, territories were quickly captured, however, analysts say that it is not certain whether they will be able to hold, as Moscow is called upon to make quick decisions, especially given the economic war it is facing.
