Based on a document signed by a private forensic service, presenter Ana Hickmann says she has proof that 48 of her signatures on her company's contracts were forged. The document points out that the forgeries were made by the businesswoman Claudia Helena dos Santos, Ana's former agent and close friend of Alexandre for many years.
A CNN tries to contact Claudia Helena dos Santos’ defense.
According to the private expertise hired by the presenter, the conclusion was possible by analyzing contracts signed with banks Daycoval, Safra and Itaú, as well as checks and other documents. The Instituto Del Picchia, which carried out the investigation, says that all the signatures are from the same person.
The institute also states that “Claudia Helena dos Santos performed the imitations in such a habitual and carefree way that she practically 'created' a signature to be attributed to Ana Lúcia Hickmann. She placed elements not only of her handwriting in her 'works', but even of her own signature.”
For Ana Hickmann's defense, another point of attention is the presence of Alexandre Bello Correa's signature on the documents analyzed, which proves the forgery, which would demonstrate awareness of the actions.
The former businessman and ex-husband of the businesswoman spoke out on social media about the accusations.
“The report compiled by Ana Hickmann was carried out by her private expert. However, the report attached to the main investigation files, which was written and prepared by a technical expert from the State of São Paulo, points out that there is no way to prove that the signatures were or were not made by Ana. The conclusion follows: 'There is no the signatory of technical elements in order to establish a categorical conclusion of authenticity or falsity of the signatures affixed to the documents described in items 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 9, 11,12 and 13, of the examination documents chapter. ' That said, it was requested by the responsible institute itself to carry out a complementary report, in order to prove what was alleged.”
A CNN sought Alexandre Correa's defense and awaits his return.
