An insider nicknamed HoiINDI has released computer images of the flagship Xiaomi 12 Ultra smartphone, which is due to be released next year.
Qualcomm will host the annual Snapdragon Technology Summit on November 30th, where the Snapdragon 898 SoC is expected to be unveiled.The Xiaomi 12 will be one of the first smartphones based on this platform, but there will be three models in the lineup: Xiaomi 12, Xiaomi 12 Pro and Xiaomi 12 Ultra. The two older versions will be released later.
In terms of design, the Xiaomi 12 Ultra resembles the Xiaomi Mi 11 Ultra and Xiaomi Mix 4. According to the images, the device will be equipped with a sub-screen camera, as well as an additional display on the rear panel, which can be used as a viewfinder if you take a selfie with the main camera, and for reading notifications.
Xiaomi 12 Ultra should get a main 200MP camera, an ultra-wide-angle module and a periscope camera with 200x digital zoom. Of course, this smartphone should support very fast charging, it will offer quality sound and waterproof performance.
HoiINDI has previously published renders of the unannounced Redmi K50 and Huawei Mate 50, so it’s hard to say how accurate these images will end up.
