THE Ministry of Health informed this Friday (24) that migrated the form for public consultation on the childhood vaccination to a new website. The change took place after access to the initial form presented failures and instability.
In a statement, the folder stated that “due to the great interest of the population in the public consultation on the vaccination of children aged 5 to 11 years, it was necessary to migrate to the Gov.br platform, which already has the base for the registration of Brazilians”.
The participations that have already been registered in the initial form will also be evaluated by the technical area of the ministry. To fill in the new form, you must be logged in to the gov.br portal.
Now, to participate in the consultation, you must access this link, and then select the option “Public Consultation Form SECOVID/MS nº 01/2021”. Questions from the original form have been kept at the new address.
The consultation was launched in the early hours of this Friday, and will end on January 2nd. However, shortly after opening the form with the consultation questions, the system presented instability, preventing participation.
The form was hosted on Microsoft’s online service. THE CNN made attempts to fill out the form, from 9:30 am this Friday, and was also unsuccessful in completing the operation.
When trying to send responses to the Ministry, the following error message appeared: “The maximum number of people have already responded to this form.” The same issue was reported by a number of users via social media.
Around 10:45 am this Friday (24th), the CNN managed to finalize the procedure and send the responses to the public consultation to the government.
Microsoft Rules
According to Microsoft Forms technical support, the forms hosted on the platform have response limits.
A form created by a personal Microsoft account can receive up to 200 responses if created by a free account, and up to 1,000 responses if created by a paid account.
If the form is created in “Community Government Cloud Environments” through Microsoft 365 Apps for Small and Medium Businesses or the Office 365 Education service, up to 50,000 responses are allowed on the form.
The Ministry of Health did not explain whether it created the original form for public consultation on childhood vaccination from one of these possibilities.
