Businessman Alexandre Correa asked the court to revoke the protective measure that prevents him from approaching Ana Hickmann. The presenter filed a domestic violence report on November 11.
The businessman’s defense claims that the measure was violated by the presenter herself after contacting Alexandre, via WhatsApp, last Monday (4). In the document, images were added that show the exchange of messages between Correa and Hickmann to negotiate a visit to the couple’s son.
“This is a request to revoke the protection on the basis that Ana herself broke [a medida] and spoke to him. She herself broke the rule and broke the protective measure,” said Enio Murad, Correa’s lawyer to CNN .
Initially, Ana Hickmann refused protective measures after denouncing her husband. She later sought justice and obtained protection.
According to the document, it was stipulated that Alexandre “not approach or access the victim’s workplace, in addition to demanding that he leave the home.”
This is the second request for revocation of the measure made by the businessman.
A CNN contacted Ana Hickmann’s office, but received no response.
