The special criminal court of Paris released today, during the trial for the terrorist attacks of 13 November, an audio document a few minutes after the massacre at Bataklan, at the request of an organization of victims.
“After five weeks of hearing about 350 political plaintiffs, the release of this excerpt allows one to ‘perceive terror in a different way,'” said Arthur Denouvo, president of Life for Paris, who is also among the survivors. of the attack, which claimed the lives of 90 people at the Bataclan concert hall.
The president of the court, Jean-Louis Perré, accepted his request and decided to listen to a small excerpt of the document recorded by a dictation device that had been left open and recorded every minute of the attack, having primarily called on the plaintiffs to leave. .
From the beginning of the excerpt, the voice of one of the three perpetrators of the attack “for Syria and Iraq” can be heard from afar. Reference is also made to “French President Hollande” and to bombings carried out by “French and American soldiers”.
“They are bombing us here. “We do not need aircraft,” said the voice.
A shot and then: “The first one to get up, I shoot”. “The first one to move, I will throw a bullet in his head. It is clear; Whoever tries to take the law into his own hands, I will kill him. Is it understandable? ”Says one perpetrator, in a clear voice.
Then another shot, then a second. “You can not blame us, only your president François Hollande,” said one jihadist.
In the courtroom, plaintiffs lower their heads or hold it with their hands, some hugging. Few leave the room.
“You can put up with your president. “He is committing this massacre today and you should know that this is the beginning”, it is also heard.
Shots are heard, a man crying and an explosion.
“The detachment ends with the detonation of the explosives brought by Sami Aminour”, after the intervention of a police officer, the president explains.
The court had already released the first 30 seconds of the audio document in mid-September, in which the band Eagles of Death Metal was heard playing and then the first shots.
