Chinese sources report that Xiaomi will start selling the new version of last year’s flagship smartphone Xiaomi Mi 10 this month.
Earlier it was reported that the Chinese tech giant is working on a new Mi 10 model with the recently unveiled Snapdragon 870 SoC. In early February, Digital Chat Station announced that Xiaomi had already launched a new version of the Xiaomi Mi 10 smartphone.
The Snapdragon 870 is manufactured using a 7nm manufacturing process – it includes four ARM Cortex-A77 and four ARM Cortex-A55 cores, as well as the Adreno 650 graphics accelerator. The main difference from the Snapdragon 865+ is the 3.2 GHz frequency instead of 3. 1 GHz.
In addition to the new single-chip system, this smartphone will receive improved Harman / Kardon stereo speakers. The improved Xiaomi Mi 10 supports 33W faster charging. Recall that the original model supported 30-watt charging. Unfortunately, the company has continued to move in the direction that Xiaomi Mi 11 has laid down and removed the charger from the standard package.
