The Extraordinary General Meeting of Jumbo shareholders of 19.01.2022 decided, among other things, to extend the elected by the Ordinary General Meeting of the Board of Directors from 15.06.2021 with the election of two new members and appointed one of them as an independent member, according to the current regulatory framework.
The two new members are specifically Messrs. Polys Polykarpou and Savvas Kaouras.
The Board of Directors reorganized into a body on the same day and appointed its executive and non-executive members as follows:
Apostolos-Evangelos Vakakis, son of Georgios, Executive Member, Chairman of the Board
Dimitrios Kerameus of Konstantinos, Non-Executive Member, Vice Chairman of the Board

The composition of the Board of Directors of the Company, after the election and addition of the two new members, is still in accordance with the provisions of Law 4706/2020. The term of the Board of Directors of the Company does not change, ie it expires on 15.06.2023, extended until the expiration of the deadline within which the next regular general meeting must convene and until the relevant decision is taken.
