A document drawn up by the judge of the Criminal Execution Court of the Federal District Court of Justice, Leila Cury, details how is the place where the former Minister of Justice, Anderson Torres, has been imprisoned since last Saturday (14), in the Battalion of Military Police Operational Aviation, 15 km from the center of Brasília.
As a security professional, he has the right to stay in a “General Staff room”, a definition used by the Federal Supreme Court (STF), for rooms that offer adequate hygiene and safety conditions, within military facilities.
This condition keeps him away from common prisoners and with prerogatives similar to those of imprisoned lawyers.

According to the Court of Justice, Anderson Torres requested psychological assistance and, immediately, the Prison Health Management provided the assistance.
The team from the Penal Execution Court also inspected the place for sunbathing and physical activity, “which proved to be compatible”.
