Tron founder and CEO Justin Sun has asked Elon Musk to consider adopting Tron-based digital assets to buy Tesla vehicles.
Sun’s proposal was in response to Elon Musk’s statement that Tesla will no longer accept bitcoins as payment for cars due to the possible negative impact of mining BTC on the environment.
Twitter Justin Sun wrotethat shares Musk’s concern that cryptocurrency transactions should not be made at the expense of environmental degradation. However, he added that Tron is one of the most energy efficient blockchain networks.
