Tenders from seven companies (five schemes), in the context of the relevant tender for the selection of the contractor for the construction of the first, basic infrastructure projects of Elliniko, were submitted on Monday, December 13, according to an announcement by Lamda Development.
According to information, bids were submitted by:
– Avax
– Aktor – Archirodon
– GEK TERNA
– Intrakat – Wade
– Mytilenean
The company informs through its announcement that the evaluation of the offers will follow and, within February 2022, the contractor will be announced.
These first infrastructure projects amount to about 300 million euros, and include, among others, the undergrounding of Poseidon Avenue, the cost of which is estimated at between 70-85 million euros, as well as works in public areas, earthworks, network of wastewater treatment plants water resources etc.
