The Association of Economic Agencies “EKTER S.A. – ERTEKA S.A.” was declared the contractor, according to an announcement by Ekter, in the following projects:
1) “NETWORKS OF THE FILOTHEI – KIFISIA AREA”
2) “NETWORKS OF THE REGIONS OF PYRGOS, ZAKYNTHOS & KEFALONIA”
and on August 5, 2022, the relevant contracts were signed.
The owner of the project is the Hellenic Electricity Distribution Network Operator (DEDDIE).
EKTER SA participates in the above Union of Economic Bodies and in the execution of both projects, with a percentage of 50%.
The amount of the contract for the project “NETWORKS OF THE FILOTHEIS – KIFISIAS AREA” amounts to €52,948,000.00 (including VAT 24%) and the completion time of the project was set at forty-eight (48) months starting on the 1st day of the following month from the date of signing the Agreement, i.e. 01.09.2022.
The amount of the contract for the project “NETWORKS OF THE PYRGOS, ZAKYNTHOS & KEFALONIA REGIONS” amounts to €42,160,000.00 (including VAT 24%) and the completion time of the project was set at forty-eight (48) months starting on the 1st day of next month from the date of signing the Contract, i.e. 01.09.2022.
