Roberto Jefferson da Silva, better known as Gordão, was arrested by the Civil Police this Friday (23), in Santa Bárbara d’Oeste, in the interior of São Paulo, on suspicion of involvement in the murder of Jonas Lucas Alves Dias, who won R$ 41.7 million at Mega-Sena in 2020. The fourth suspect in the crime remains at large.
The information was confirmed by the delegate of the case, Juliana Ricci, who will hear Gordão later today at the Deic (State Department of Criminal Investigations) in Piracicaba (SP).
Images from security cameras, obtained during the investigation, show Roberto and Rebeca, the suspect arrested last Sunday (18), together at a Caixa Econômica Federal branch in Santa Bárbara do Oeste, the day after the kidnapping and after the death of victim.
More information about the arrest has not yet been released by the police.
