The signing of a Memorandum of Cooperation (MoU) with the banks “Alpha Bank SA.” and “Piraeus Bank SA”, to cover financing needs for the construction and operation of a Fiber To The Home-ETH network in selected areas of Greece, PPC announced.
The agreement includes the issuance of a long-term bond loan of up to 530 million euros in the form of project finance by the 100% special purpose subsidiary, to be established by PPC and which will undertake the construction, operation, operation and maintenance of the fiber optic network , to be created.
PPC will make a new announcement after the signing of the contractual texts, which will be done with the finalization of the final financing terms after the completion of the due diligence, which is in progress.
