Premia Properties: Its first corporate bond on the Athens Stock Exchange

The Athens Stock Exchange today welcomed members of the Management and executives of the company Premia Properties SA, on the occasion of the listing for trading on the Organized Market of the Athens Stock Exchange of its first corporate bond.

The President of the company Elias Georgiadis announced the beginning of the meeting by ringing the traditional bell. Welcoming the company’s representatives, the CEO of the Athens Stock Exchange Group, Socrates Lazaridis, referred to the new venture of Premia Properties, recalling that a few months ago, the Company’s Management announced for the first time the start of the meeting with the then successful capital.

Properties thanked the President of the company Elias Georgiadis, adding “This bond will help the vision, strategy and new investments of Premia Properties. We trust the Greek economy and the Greek Stock Exchange and that is why we are here today. We will continue” building “a company with European standards. For this success I warmly thank the Athens Stock Exchange, the contractors and all the executives of the company who contributed to this success”.

For his part, the CEO of Premia Properties Konstantinos Markazos noted, among other things: “We are a new company and we try to grow by respecting the institutions. We will soon become an AEEAP, the respect for our investors, the Stock Exchange and all institutions is “Sovereign for us.
