THE Headquarters 261 home of sommeliers and entrepreneurs Cassia Campos and Daniela Bravin is already famous for its weekly program, which fills the small street in Pinheiros, every Thursday with the already renowned Pizzada na Calçada and, on Saturdays, with the oyster bar served by Yukie Kabashima .
Now, Sede261 will also receive special guests during some Sundays of the month.
Next, September 18th, Simone Xirata the name in front of the Jojo Ramen restaurant, will be there with its famous creations, such as the Karaague portion (house fried chicken, with 2 units), the Maze Soba Veggie and the Tantanmen Ramen, prepared with hossomen noodles, accompanied by meat ground pork, cubed chashu, red onion and cilantro.
For the event, the sommelières duo selected several options of white, rosé, orange and red wines, which will be served by the glass (prices start at R$ 25, each).
