Spring officially begins next Thursday (22) and the expectation is that the Center-South of Brazil will have storms throughout this week.
In an interview with CNN Radio Climatempo meteorologist Maria Clara Sassaki stated that the alert is for all states in the South, part of the Southeast and part of the Midwest.
According to her, the South will already have rain from this Monday (19), with “laden clouds and showers during the afternoon, of moderate to strong intensity.”
From the middle of the week, the interior of São Paulo and Mato Grosso do Sul will have rains like those of summer “fast and that can cause occasional inconvenience.”
Between Wednesday and Thursday, the southern cold front advances and there are chances of storms in São Paulo, Rio de Janeiro, Minas Gerais and Espírito Santo.
Midwest
In the Midwest, in addition to Mato Grosso do Sul, the expectation is that Brasília will also register blows, after a severe drought.
North East
Sassaki points out that the Northeast will have dry weather and high temperatures, with the coast being able to have rains in the afternoon and night, occasionally.
The scenario changes to storms at the end of the week for the northeastern states.
North
The North region will have rains in Amapá, Roraima, northern Amazonas and northern Pará. Tocantins is highlighted with dry weather and very high temperatures.
