“Squid Game”, the phone number problem (bombarded with calls)

An old adage would like not to redo what we saw on television at home. But whoever looked at popular wisdom Squid Game he must have forgotten, because the production of the Korean TV series had to sprinkle its head with ashes in the face of a man’s grievances. It happened, in fact, that the show would show an eight-digit number.

A precise number, which plot he wants should be called to provide access to the deadly games around which the series revolves. The number is incomplete, or so it should be.

The producers of the series, the most viewed among the titles of the moment Netflix, they explained that they had cut the number in order to obscure the prefix. Yet it was not enough. A Korean man in his forties, a real person, who has nothing to do with the show, found thousands of unanswered calls on their cell phone. To call him, despite the manifest absurdity of the gesture, were the spectators of the show, determined to demonstrate how the number led to a natural person even in the absence of a prefix.

The man, therefore, was overwhelmed with unsolicited calls and messages, following which Netflix would have decided to change the series darkening the parts where the phone number is visible.
