I am very prone to heat exhaustion and I have to avoid physical activity. I even have to be transported around my campus to the university because if not, I come to class with a fever, migraine and rashes. I suffer from a lot of muscle fatigue and nausea. The disease is caused mostly by eating something with a lot of water content like fruits and vegetables.

Tessa is dedicated to informing and educating people about her condition through videos and publications on her Instagram account, where she explains that aquatic urticaria causes her body to react violently, as if in contact with water. It is an acid.
