The exchange flow for the year up to November 18 was positive at US$ 22.430 billion, informed this Wednesday (23) the Central Bank.
In the same period of last year, the result was positive at US$ 14.796 billion. Already in the closed year of 2021, there was a net inflow of US$ 6.134 billion.
The net outflow through the financial channel was US$ 13.645 billion. The result is the result of investments in the amount of US$ 512.597 billion and withdrawals totaling US$ 526.243 billion. The segment brings together foreign direct and portfolio investments, profit remittances and interest payments, among other operations.
In foreign trade, the accumulated annual balance was positive at US$ 36.076 billion, with imports of US$ 208.503 billion and exports of US$ 244.579 billion. Exports include US$ 30.842 billion in Advances on Exchange Contracts (ACC), US$ 55.268 billion in Advance Payments (PA) and US$ 158.469 billion in other inflows.
November
After ending October with net inflows of US$ 1.254 billion, the country registered a positive exchange flow of US$ 3.841 billion in November, up to the 18th, according to the Central Bank.
The financial channel showed net inflows of US$ 2.169 billion in the period. This is the result of contributions in the amount of US$32.206 billion and withdrawals totaling US$30.037 billion.
In foreign trade, the balance of November, until the 18th, was positive at US$ 1.671 million, with imports of US$ 11.621 billion and exports of US$ 13.293 billion. Exports include US$ 1.324 million in ACC, US$ 3.304 billion in Prepayment and US$ 8.664 billion in other inflows.
Weekly
The exchange flow registered last week (from November 14th to 18th) to Brazil was positive at US$ 1.951 billion, informed the Central Bank.
The financial channel had a net inflow of US$ 1.044 billion in the week, as a result of contributions in the amount of US$ 12.151 billion and remittances totaling US$ 13.905 million.
In foreign trade, the balance last week was positive at US$ 908 million, with imports of US$ 4.570 billion and exports of US$ 5.478 billion.
Exports include US$ 500 million in ACC, US$ 1.980 billion in Prepayment and US$ 2.997 billion in other inflows.
