A trade balance Brazil registered a trade deficit of US$ 30.3 million in the first week of November (days 1 to 7). According to data released on Monday (8) by the Foreign Trade Secretariat (Secex) of the Ministry of Economy, the value was reached with exports of US$ 4.227 billion and imports of US$ 4.257 billion.
In the accumulated result for the year, the trade balance has a surplus of US$ 58.468 billion.
Exports registered an increase of 62.5% in the daily average of November compared to the same period last year, with growth of 98.5% in the Agriculture, a drop of 23.8% in the Extractive Industry and an increase of 89.7% in sales of Manufacturing Industry products.
The daily average of imports increased 91.1% in the period, with growth of 95.7% in Agriculture, a jump of 515.3% in Industry Extractive and 75.6% advance in Manufacturing Industry products.
