Presidential adviser Mykhailo Podolyak later wrote on Twitter that any referendums must be accompanied by an increase in economic sanctions on Russia and supplies of weapons to Ukraine, including ATACMS missiles that have a greater range than any Ukrainian weapons system known at the time. .
