Rodolpho Tamanini Netto was born in São Paulo, in 1951. The artist began painting at age 19 .
Tamanini was an urban painter, known for works in which he used firm strokes and a kind of soft coloring. The arts portrayed by him were largely about São Paulo, based on scenes such as favelas and seascapes.

What happened?
Rodolopho was at the bottom of a residence when he was found by a friend, already dead. As soon as he arrived at the scene, he found that the car had been dragged by the current and damaged the garage door, which meant that water would have entered the house more easily.
The victim’s friend found his body and promptly called the police, and the body remains in the care of forensic experts.
