A baby was born in an app car this Wednesday morning (22), in Rio de Janeiro. The pregnant woman was on her way to a maternity ward, but the child ended up being born earlier than expected.
The Military Police reported that two agents from the Dog Operations Battalion (BAC) helped with the delivery. The husband was also in the vehicle.
According to the team that responded to the incident, the police were on their way to training on the Red Line when they were called to Fundão.
The agents helped the 26-year-old pave the way to the Fernando Magalhães Maternity Hospital in São Cristóvão. However, close to the health unit, it was necessary to carry out the delivery while still inside the vehicle.
According to authorities, mother and daughter were received at the maternity ward and are doing well.
