The ATHEX welcomed members of the Management and executives of Noval Property

The Athens Stock Exchange today welcomed members of the Management and executives of the company Noval Property on the occasion of the listing for trading of its first Green Corporate Bond in the Organized Market of the Athens Stock Exchange.

The CEO of the company, Panagiotis Kapetanakos, announced the beginning of the meeting by ringing the traditional bell.

Welcoming the representatives of the company, the CEO of the Athens Stock Exchange Group Socrates Lazaridis, “welcoming” the bond issue of Noval Property AEEAP in the stock market of ATEEX, congratulated the Management, the contractors and all the green contractors and wished the company’s shares to be on the board of the Greek stock market soon.

For his part, the CEO of Noval Property, Panagiotis Kapetanakos, spoke about an important achievement of the company, which, although only 2 years old, has managed to be the second largest AEEAP in Greece.

“The green bond of 120 million euros of Noval Property is just the third green bond traded on the Athens Stock Exchange and just the second green bond in the real estate sector, while it is another step towards the expansion of the green debt securities market in Greece.

The green bond, in addition to the diversification it brings to Noval Property’s sources of financing, will significantly support our investment program, both in the further development of our own real estate portfolio and in the implementation of new investment opportunities, always in terms of sustainable development and towards “The direction of creating green certified buildings and urban regeneration for the benefit of our cities and society at large” underlined Mr. Kapetanakos, thanking all those who contributed to the successful outcome of the project.

In closing, the CEO of Noval Property renewed the company’s appointment with the Athens Stock Exchange, as preparations for the listing of the company’s shares in the Main Market begin soon.
